Return – Exchanges Policy
We do not accept returns because every product is handmade, and production starts only after your order. The only exception is for incorrect sizing; if the size is not right, please contact us, and we will make a new product for you in the correct size. We will begin production of the new product only after receiving the original item. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days from when the parcel has been signed for. Please ensure you accept these terms before placing your order.
To exchange an item, it must be returned within 14 days in its original unused and unwashed condition, along with its original packaging. Please send us a message at hello@evartstore.de with a note indicating your order number/name and whether you would like a different size for your exchange. After that, you will receive the address for shipping.
Exchange Update: Our team will contact you as soon as your exchange has been completed.
Responsibility: Please note that Evart Store will not be responsible for any lost or damaged returns sent by the sender or courier.
Evart Store will not assume responsibility for any parcels lost during transit. Orders that are reshipped due to being originally lost, misplaced, or damaged by the courier become non-returnable. Products can be exchanged for a different size; however, the new size must be the same as the original item.
Return Deduction: Orders above €100 qualify for free shipping. In the case of partial refunds upon return, if the remaining sum falls below the free shipping threshold, a €5.99 (Germany), €7,99 (EU & Switzerland) €22,99 (USA, Asia and rest of the World) shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and make it right.
Sale Items*: Items marked as sale items cannot be returned. This policy includes items purchased during the Black Friday sale event.
*Sale Items: Returned goods due to the wrong size.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
